Chicago Heretics to use Custom Products gear for 2009
The Chicago Heretics have signed with Custom Products to receive support for the 2009 season. CP’s extensive line of exceptionally high quality accessories, from barrel kits, triggers and On/Off ASA’s to lightweight air tanks and durable pod packs, is well known throughout the paintball world. The decision to use CP products was an easy one, as the Heretics have always embraced the use of the best products available in our efforts to be an impact scenario and SPPL team. “The Heretics are CP’s first sponsored scenario team, and represent a market that is going to see exciting new products in the coming year,” says Custom Products Vice President of Marketing, Travis Dusek.
The Heretics are committed to our motto of “Winning with Integrity”, which we define as having an impact on a scenario game or winning an SPPL tournament not only without cheating, but by treating others with respect. Because of our commitment against cheating, we need all the advantages we can get, and we know Custom Products will play a big role in keeping us on the field longer.

Welcome to the Chicago Heretics Scenario Paintball website. Balls! Based in Chicago, Illinois, the Heretics play scenario and Big Game paintball events throughout the Midwest, as well as the Scenario Paintball Players League (SPPL) and even some tournaments for fun. We firmly believe that there should be neither division nor animosity between different styles of paintball, that all styles have something to teach us about scenario paintball. We are not a Mil-Sim team, but we appreciate the radio communication skills, tactics and realism that Mil-Sim teams bring to the field. We are not a tourney team, but we learn so much from those teams about speed and accuracy, as well as the value of suppressive fire and gutsy moves. We appreciate the pump players for their smart, patient moves. We learn from all these groups the skills that will help us make an impact on scenario and Big Game events, and love to play along side and against these teams and individuals whenever we can.
